The Trust for the National Mall is the official non-profit partner of the National Park Service dedicated to restoring and improving the National Mall. Simply put, our goal is to make the National Mall the best park in the world.
The National Mall Design Competition, sponsored by the Trust for the National Mall, is part of the Campaign for the National Mall, the largest public/private partnership in the history of the National Park Service. The Trust for the National Mall will seek to raise up to $350 million in private funds over seven years to support NPS-approved projects that are identified in NPS’s National Mall Plan. NPS anticipates allocating additional funds for National Mall Plan implementation as they become available.
The National Mall Design Competition is sponsored by the Trust for the National Mall through the generosity of its supporters.
